Adoption fees for cats and kittens
Not only do we test all cats/kittens taken into our care for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Aids (FIV) but we are now also able to vaccinate against Feline Leukemia and include this in our adoption fee. In the past we offered Feline Leukemia at a discounted rate to new owners, but not all took us up on our offer or sometimes got the vaccination too late. This put our foster kitties, as well as our own, at risk of contracting this deadly disease and that simply would not do. We searched high and low for the best rates possible and now include it in the adoption fee. Thus the adoption fee per cat/kitten is R550 and includes:
